FAQ

How soon after placing my order will it be shipped?

Please refer to our shipping schedule at checkout for an exact timeline. We generally ship orders on Monday-Thursday. If you order on Fri-Sun your order will go out the following week. We will soon be adding a calendar so you can select your ship/delivery date.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order is shipped it will take between 1-3 days for your order to arrive. It's packed with plenty of dry ice so it will stay cool.

Can I change my order after it's been placed?

Do you offer cooking instructions for your products?

Are the beef cuts you guys sell USDA grade?

All Swagyu Chop Shop Wagyu is sourced from USDA passed and inspected meat; however, it's not graded in the traditional sense(USDA prime/choice). 

Shipping

Swagyu Chop Shop ships our Wagyu Beef by multiple US mail carriers(USPS,FEDEX,UPS) and by multiple routes in an effort to get your product to you as fast as possible. Our packages have been temperature tested and contain dry ice to keep your package as cold as possible. Once your order is placed it is processed and you will receive an email once it has been fulfilled as well as tracking information. Please plan to be home when your order arrives so you can unpack it and refrigerate/freeze immediately.
